PRIDE HOUSTON 48TH ANNUAL FESTIVAL & PARADE

For the first time in 48 years, Houston Pride is kicking off June instead of closing it, a historic shift made to accommodate the summer’s global soccer festivities. But what remains unchanged is the energy, the celebration, and the community that make this one of Houston’s most anticipated events of the year. As the sun sets, downtown Houston transforms into a sea of color, music, and pride. One of the only nighttime Pride parades in the United States, the event draws more than 200,000 attendees who line the streets to celebrate visibility, inclusion, and self expression under the city lights. This year’s theme, *Limitless*, honors the freedom to live authentically and embrace every possibility without boundaries. Adding to the excitement, iconic performer and cultural trailblazer Big Freedia will serve as host, bringing unmatched energy to an evening filled with performances, community spirit, and unforgettable moments.
